Researched couldn't find anyone who failed from taking SN correctly . Has anyone failed taking SN ?

SN is a guaranteed method. People who fail either alerted emergency services/someone to alert services or were found before death.

There have been some occasional fails. Most are due to emergency services.

There aren't any very up to date lists of SN attempts as far as I'm aware.
