Has anyone disfigured themselves from a previous attempt?

I've totaled 2 cars in my past attempts to Ctb by driving myself down a roadside trench…I ended up with permanent nerve damage to my left arm. Every year I lose more muscle in my arm and my palm is slowly "hollowing out"

Basically the muscle loss is creating a depression in the palm of my hand. Like a hole and it gets deeper every year.

no but i damaged my stomach from a paracetamol overdose now i can't drink alcohol without being sick and i have to drink milk all the time to settle my belly other wise i am in pain
