hi all is it posible to hang me at this location? im wil do the rope over the bar and than kick the chair away? is it a good plan? this is my rope im have is it to long?

As long as the structure can support your weight, and the force you exert on it, than it will work.

As far as the rope length is concerned, that will depend on your method. Based on the knot you have, that looks to be the hangman's noose. While that will work for any method, it is best suited for the drop hang, which may be best if you use a higher tie-off point.

so do you think im can hang me at the place the rope is good im 1.70 and it can hold my weigt im wil try it tomorrow but what do you think?
