I'm thinking of doing a full suspension hanging to have minimal chance to back out for SI. I am going to use a rope over the door technique. I might would prefer to do a 4ft drop suspension but don't have anywhere to do it.
In the meanwhile I'm still trying to figure a way to get SN or Kn.

The door is simple.
Drop adds physics to the mix. Everything must be stronger to withstand the shock.

How much have you tested the rope over door? In my situation it has problems..first the rope won't fit between the door and frame. Second, it's not really high enough for full suspension. Finding a good spot for hanging is really difficult from where I sit.

I have since changed my mind to full suspension over a tree. I'm 6' so full suspension would be hard over a door.
