I am planning on hanging myself tomorrow. I can't cope with the long covid symptoms and the mental health. Will I be successful, which method I want out.

Full suspension hanging is the best method if you are sure that you want out. You will not survive if you do full suspension hanging while with partial, you can survive with brain damage.
