How do you make a noose...is it even possible? Any info on how to proceed? I have heard that prisoners die this way.

You can cut the shirt to make stripes of it.

Sounds like it could break easy that way, maybe use a few tshirts to make it stronger if that makes sense

Yes this seems to make sense. Don't you want to use a rope?

Why risk failing if you can buy a rope literally anywhere? I mean you could, it's just easier with a rope and you're not risking it ripping. You'll need something that can hold at least twice your weight so you'll need to layer multiple shirts.

It's possible, but not easy or reliable, I think it would be irresponsible for people to try to advise you maybe you can do some research into prison suicide cases

Fair enough. I'd use bedding though if you have access to that. The fabric is stronger and it would be overall easier to tie than a bunch of T-Shirt strips. Or maybe pants. T-Shirt just seems awfully risky.

If you really don't have access to a rope, I think you should try using a belt. Those are stronger, in most cases at least. Be sure to test your shirt/belt/rope before you attempt though!

Agreed, there's lots of other things that could be used that would work better. Just look around for ideas, I'm sure there's many other things that could be used.

I think, the t-shirt may break. It is good only if you have nothing else.

I tried with a jumper and it held my weight I do not recommend a t-shirt a rope with some padding will do if you can get access to that setup.
