Hanging Twitching

How is it that some people are completely still when they hang? I swear when my vision gets blurry and I start to tingle I just keep twitching

I don't think anyone really is. The twitching is an involuntary response.

twitching is pretty normal as a response, if anything people move and flail uncontrollably due to instinct

This is normal, it's your body going into survival mode.

Some people just hang there.
Most have some swaying and arching their back for a minute or two.
Some dance like a marionette. Flailing and shaking like they are being shocked.

Everyone is different. Expect some movement.
