Method Hanging step by step guide

Hi all, I am aiming to ctb with SN, but want to have a back up in case it goes wrong. I'm not sure whether I'll be in a fit state if my SN attempt fails, but if I am I want to try partial or possibly full suspension. I am rubbish with DIY (never did well in scouts), so am looking for some step by step pictures/video online to show the right way to tie the noose when you want to hang yourself. A step by step guide that includes the kind of rope needed and basically guides you through everything you need to do to ctb successfully through hanging.
