Hanging in 90 degree angle with legs off the ground. Is there a risk of standing up? Partial hanging

If I attempt hanging myself by letting my foot fall forward until my toes look completely up. And leave dangling from the noose. Is it possible to save myself? If we assume there aren't any objects.

So can it be effective as full suspension?
Can you explain it psychically? Is there a risk of standing up?

I want to attempt one time, and I want it to be my last attempt
