Help Hanging help? (+Russian speakers welcome)

So hi everyone! New here

I've seen here many discussions about hanging, methods, rope advices etc. But there were so many that my head just go 'boom'.

Can you please say the most reliable way to do it? (Like position, knot, rope width and where it should be placed). I understand that everyone considers different options the best, but wanna see the most popular (?)

I'm not lazy to search it here or somewhere else, it's just so many information that I've got confused ><

The most reliable method is full sispension, but it is scarier because you don't know how long it wil take. Partial fails most of the time, but tit does work once in a while, and it is less stressfulo. This is the big choice with this method, the details are all on the hanging megathread I'm sure.
