Partial lets you put less than 100% of your weight on the noose. Looking at the volume of posts, it looks like most fail.
Unless there is equipment failure or rescue, I don't see this problem with full.
With all the heartache caused by failure, one should choose the method that will get the job done.

True. With hanging, the best method is full. If you don't mind a bit of overkill, drop hanging will definitely work. Partial just seems to fail a lot in most of the posts.

There is a video of a fellow who did partial very quickly and successfully. Not sure but i think it was in Sweden. The camera was still running when the police came. Perhaps someone has the link so you can see how he did it

The problem is 100% people did it correctly can't describle metod as succesful on forum. Partial is all about doing it with one decisive move – just like Marcus Jannes which you mentioned about. If you comperss arteries quickly it resulting the pressure of the arterial blood drops rapidly throughout the body. You don't even realize you are out and dead if nobody "going to save u".
