Yup. Meds aren't working. I see my psychiatrist next week not telling her about my plan. I'll keep doing the therapy until I get sn but I don't know where to get it. I'll check out a few places but I can't fail. I can't even imagine failing again. I need a fully thought out plan that doesn't hurt anyone else. Carbon monoxide is best but I will settle for any other 100% method that isn't too painful or I can sleep into it.

I'm on 40mg prozac and valium to sleep because I'm too anxious to sleep.... I sometimes don't take it because it's 1am and I'm not tired at all. My psychiatrist seems more open about shopping around for what works and I'm thankful I even have access to it but I just need enough to acquire my stuff and I can't do it now I'm still sucky

I'm sorry you've been feeling more depressed than usual.

I'm experiencing the same thing rn, and started Prozac (20 mg) a month ago.

Do you like Prozac? Did it also make you lose your appetite?

My new psychiatrist will not prescribe Valium. You're lucky. Does it alleviate your anxiety?

I sleep a lot. Can't be anxious if I'm asleep. I don't like taking pills at all, in my head I'm fine and don't need it until I need to function then I'm fucked. I don't take the valium every night as prescribed because I'm very badass of course. But I do take the prozac everyday, kind of like hoping it works... But I'm here so... Mileage may vary

I have the "starve you don't deserve food" type depression so I didn't have an appetite to begin with but taking meds forces me to eat before I take pills (habit no idea if it's the right way to do it). I ate 2 mangoes and oats. Stuffed frankly. But I do feel hungry kind of on it. Maybe it's the placebo thing idc.

Valium is addicting apparently. I wanted to OD on it but the most it might do is fuck up my kidneys and liver.

It certainly is for the best not being open about suicide plans as doing such a thing would only lead to more suffering. But anyway to me it's horrible how it's so difficult to cease existing in this world, failing ctb is exactly what I fear and I believe that as humans we deserve the option to just pass away in peace without complications. I wish you the best and I hope you find what you are searching for.
