Not guilty, but once I did the opposite. I was standing on a bus right next to a seated teenager who was studying for a driving test, and I was increasingly annoyed that he wasn't offering his seat to any of the oldsters who plainly needed it. Just before my stop I leaned over him and said: "You're gonna fail anyway." Freaked him right out.

Guilty. Romania, briefly. It was difficult doing anything on public transport and you learn to communicate by pointing and doing hand gestures pretty quick.
