Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

It's supposed to be a review of my medication but I 'm going to push to have my medical records released to me so I can apply for dignitas. That should answer any questions about how the pills are doing. I'm really sick of this now

Yes, anyone of legal age can apply to become a member of Dignitas and thus for their help in assisted suicide. Of course there are fees. I don't know what they define 'legal age' as.
They turn down people with mental illnesses often. It's a lot harder to get approval for euthanasia with mental illness because you have to be able to show it's a rational decision and not 'just' a symptom, and the psychiatrist is subject to substantial scrutiny for doing it among other things, so approving it can create problems for them. But people have died with Dignitas for all kinds of reasons not limited to physical illness.

But I understand they've got to be mighty careful with this stuff. It's worth a go. I 'd feel better just knowing I had the option. At the moment I feel utterly helpless

Good luck. It is certainly the best option if you are free to pursue it. I'm really glad you have an understanding doctor, and I hope your history is documented thoroughly.
Dignitas will accept you but you first have to pay dues which is fair. Also the medical records have to be less than 6 months old. The Dignitas option has been floating around in my head lately. I may have a talk with my aunt at some point to see if she would look into it with me. This year really changed her opinion on my right to die. She said if it was legal and safe she would help me. Never thought I'd convince her of that. Well it's legal in Switzerland for people reguardless of nationality or if you are terminal or mentally anguished.
