I finally have n from peru. Im in a constant fight against my intrusive thoughts and ruminations and now i know i have a way out if need be. My question is do we know for sure n is painless? (Im a coward i know) what happens when you fall asleep? Is it possible you feel pain from the oxygen deprivation? Does anyone know if this is suppressed by the n?

From what I've read it puts you into a deep anaesthetic sleep, then you have a heart failure, so basically you die in your sleep unaware of what's happening. That's what I've read anyway but obviously don't take my word for it, do your own research.

How long were you down in Peru, how many stores did you attempt? I noticed you can get some hotels for like $25 a night.

Congratulations. Do you mind sharing what city you got it from and how you went about it? You just asked locals or what was the process?
