Hello wonderful people of SS the time has finally come for me to catch my bus! I know I just joined over a month ago and cannot express in words what a blessing it's been to have been a part of this community. I have received more help and support in this short period of time than I have in the 32 years I have been on this planet. More importantly I felt safe for the first time in my life and want to express how lucky we all are to have found this wonderful community! As you can see above my chosen method is SN (DMC's stuff)after long consideration, mostly because in my opinion it's the least scary of all the methods. I live in Northern California and it's almost 8pm here and will be CTBing at around 5am pacific time. I've already been fasting since 3 pm so that should give me a nice cushion on top of the recommended 12 hours. Here's all the things I will be supplementing with the SN(protocol):

1. 25 grams of SN (DMC) in 50mL of water(x2 cups)
2. Odansetron(Zofran) 8mg for AE because I couldn't find meto
3. Lorazepam(Ativan)4 mg crushed for benzo
4. Tylenol 1000mg for pain
5. Propranolol 300mg crushed for tachycardia
6. Omeprazole 80mg as anti acid
7. A lot of luck (because I'll probably need it)

I don't know why I picked today but the weather was beautiful and I can't describe it, but it just feels right. I've been wanting to CTB since high school and have given life a honest chance for the last 15 years with all of its twists/turns and after seeing other people be happy for so long…it's finally my turn! I will definitely make at least one more post before I do it and won't leave you guys hanging…it's the least I can do for this amazing community! Thank you

Uhh happy but equally nervous..the SI is kicking in hard and cannot imagine how scary it will be once I actually drink the stuff! I'll keep everyone updated as 5am draws closer.

Just fully opened DMC package and I got to say after you take the vacuum seal off most of it turns into a fine powder which I transferred to a ziplock bag but there are some pretty significant size rocks that seem impossible to break up(approximately30g) so I feel a little ripped off for that reason…but I should have more than enough for 2 glasses!

I guess my schedule got delayed by 35 mins..I took propranolol mixture, omeprazole, Tylenol , and prepared SN drinks. Gonna drink benzo(Ativan) mixture in 15 mins and then drink SN at around 5:40…stay tuned folks!

I'm not gonna lie the SI is a little crazy right now..but then I wonder how long am I willing to put it off? I've taken most of the meds, prepared the drinks, it's now or never for me. Just gonna be a champ and get through this!

I'm not sure if now or never is the case but I don't know what it's like to be you! How about get rid of everything and travel if you can? You'd have nothing to lose. Just consider this one a test run. By now you might be lucky enough to have left this ridiculous dimension though and if so I rather envy you
