Attempting tonight leaving some wiggle room for the exact time.
I don't have Meto but do have mirtazapine which acts on the same receptor as meto but not clear on if it's to the same degree or how that shit really works. Will post my method below but would not recommend another follows it. again, plz don't. I'm posting the plan as from previous posts there is so far only speculation on mirtazapine unless I missed one.

Fasting for 18-24 hours.

30mg x Mirtazapine Last night at 23:00

30mg x Mirtazapine this morning

30mg at 14:00

90 MG an hour before

Prepare 3 cups of SN at 22gm each with enough water to dissolve.

Emotionally SI is up and down. I will feel scared and not know what to expect except for common symptoms. I don't want to live in this cycle anymore.

After the most recent dose of mirtazapine I felt drowsy about 30mins later. Feeling less drowsy now but my anxiety is less palpable. The sharp stings of anxiety from SI are there but no longer sharp. I feel borderline euphoric, warm, no racing thoughts. But some apprehension and the anxiety is still detectable. So far no hunger like I usually experience.

My heart rate at the moment seems to be regular. I will hold off on the 90mg an hour before if I am still feeling this drowsy. i don''t want to be super awake for it all or increase the tachycardia.

so far I've taken 90mg total across 14ish hours. My normal dose is 30mg if this is useful information.
