Remember that sn tastes terrible, try to close your nose before you drink or rinse your mouth with something. It is also recommended to lie on the right side, this will speed up the absorption of sn

So knowledgeable, I read somewhere that a lot people here use SN to complete ctb …. I wish I would get it for myself but I will use my method (s)…. That's why I love this community so much offering each other the best advice and support on how to complete ctb successfully, be at peace and leave this agony….
