Have N tank and regulator already, with a CGA-580 valve. Looking for a reliable source for the hood only that will come with the hose attached also. For reference I'm in the US.

I can't give sources, but you can get some on a certain famous auction/bidding website. As well as searching for EEBD hood, search for "ELSA rescue hood" (ELSA stands for Emergency Life Support Apparatus). They're a type of EEBD hood.
You can get cheaper ones on Chinese shopping websites, one in particular(clue: who first said the phrase "Open Sesame"?
