Help good methods for suicidal gestures?

i want methods unlikely to succeed and easily reversible that do little to no permanent damage. don't try and talk me out of this i need to do this as a cry for help and also just to kinda test the waters for suicide. i've done it a few times with half arsed hanging/strangling attempts but i need other options that are easily accessible

You could take a bunch of opioids and call 911 10-15 after. So long as you're not in an isolated place that would take the paramedics a long time to arrive. Most attempts that have to do with ingesting something would work for this so long as you called for help in time.

Also, I see a stint in the psych ward in your future.

i'm already in the psych ward lmao but they dont give a fuck about me i want them to take me seriously. i could smuggle simply things in but probably not opioids.

idk if i do or dont nothing will change either way. i can technically leave whenever i want cus im informal but a small part of me believed i can actually get better snd tbh they care more atleast than everywhere else even if it is little.

Have you tried to verbally tell them that you're suicidal? I'd not, that would be a first step. Also let them know that you have been coming up with plans in your mind. If that doesn't work and you're still committed, smuggling in pills would be probably work. I would suggest something to self harm, but with you trying to get better I wouldn't because of the scars.

Kudos for trying to get better. I hope you find a drastic plan to get the attention you need.

i've tried thst, i've shown them new cuts ive made (they "threatened" to discharge me if i didnt tell them what i used lmao), told them i have plans and they made me get rid of the blanket i figured out i could use to hang myself but still they dont seem to give too much of a fuck
i need something i can actually do as a proper gesture snd get discovered in the middle of it maybe then they'll take me seriously
