Gonna ctb with SN tomorrow

I have my SN, meto, and antacid. I just need to buy ibuprofen. Tomorrow I'm going to call in sick to work and leave around 7 am. I'm following the Stan's stat dose regimen:

1 hour - 600 mg ibuprofen
45 min - 30mg meto
30 min - antacid (4 Rolaid tablets)
0 min - 25 g of SN in 50 or 100 ml water

I just need a way to figure out how much is 25 g of SN since I don't have a measuring scale. Is 2 heaped tablespoons enough?

I think that has been answered a couple times already in a few threads. I don't have them bookmarked so i can't give you the links off hand.
Try a search through the forum and see what you can find.

Also i think the recommended amount of water is 50ml

I just hate myself and tired of never fitting in Or connecting with anyone. I've been on meds (Zoloft) for a while, it didn't do crap. I f*cking hate the idea of therapy/counselling. I know for a FACT that shit won't help me.

yes Im using 50ml but if it's too hard to swallow I might dilute it a bit

From what i have gathered. Slam it down like you would a shot of alcohol, don't sip it. Some people have also suggested using a straw.

I can try. Just don't want anyone to find me browsing this site once I'm out, but I guess that's inevitable now.

If by tablespoon you mean the US measurement and not an eating utensil, a heaping tablespoon is 25g. It's been discussed a lot on this site, I wouldn't have known otherwise. For the water, 50 ml is a quarter cup.
