Going to watch cable TV channels

I am not that old I am late 20s
But some how when I feel extremely bored cable TV channels might be a bit enjoyable for me.
I know it is sad and depressing as fuck but it is what it is .

It may sound sad and depressing, but it is how most of us get by. In a way the numbness of flipping through channels can be a sort of recreational way to relieve the stress accumulated at work.
