I have only 1 bottle of N from D. Is that going to do the job? What do I need to do or take I'm preparation? I see references to the book, but responses here differ. Please provide any guidance Re eating, AE, success of one bottle from D (inside of its exact amount). Thank you!

There's a good chance it will work, but not 100%. Concensus on this forum is 2 (or more) bottles is recommended to be certain. I think 2 bottles is plenty. I don't know about eating, but maybe fasting for 8 hours would be a good idea. Sorry you want to CTB, I hope life improves for you and change your mind before it's too late, it would be hard to watch yet another person go

If you go with only 1 bottle of N, then I would ingest SN directly after.
1 bottle of N isn't sure-fire, but combining with a recommended dose of SN should kill you during the slumber of N.
I'm not sure about the timings, you'd have to work that out, I'm just saying it should work.
But don't quote me on that and do your own research!
I'm just writing this because I think there's a greater chance of ending up a vegetable if you ingest only 1 bottle of N.
Again, do your own research and don't just listen to forum members.
In the end, it's the last thing you do. You don't want to stress it.

If you're not over 100 kg and don't have a large percentage of fat, it will probably kill you. Pharmacokinetic models specifically target obesity in anesthetics. Because anesthetics have high lipid solubility and accumulate in adipose tissues. Drug addiction is another factor.

Wouldn't ingesting N along with SN just increase the likelihood of vomiting?Shit... I wanted to order N from D a few months ago while I had a psychotic episode and decided not to because I was still ambivalent and thought I give life a chance. Tbh I don't want to CTB at the moment because I feel better, but now there is no source of N available anymore? ...... just in case I should have ordered :/
I will regret that for sure some day... but D was so expensive i didn't wanna waste 1K if I didn't do itI also only have 1 bottle of N, I was thinking of taking it with a heavy dose of opioids and benzo's to ensure success

High risk. SN is strong emetic. The question is, when do you drink SN? When does oral N knock you down? It's hard to know. So, risk of vomiting N with SN.
I see no reason to mix anything else with N. 6.3 grams of N is deadly enough for the average person. I don't know if being obese over 100 kg or addicted to drugs will change the result. N was once prescribed as a sleeping pill and many people became addicted. They had a tolerance to very high doses of N but accidental OD with doses of 2-3 grams. It is not a benzodiazepine and really dangerous.

Well, from all my readings on the subject, I don't think meto, or any other anti-emetic for that matter, is a panacea. But, like you said, it's all relative to the user.Do NOT take SN and N together. The chance of vomiting with SN is high even with anti-emetics. You will just have wasted both drugs.
There have been at least two users here, one a close friend, that CTB with one bottle. And don't listen to the silliness of the user who said there's a higher chance of ending up a vegetable with one bottle. They don't know what they're on about.

What statement? Do you have a scientific source for your statement about ending up a vegetable?
I'm still here. Pushed to come on family trip to celebrate mom's 80th bday and parents' anniversary in Mexico with entire family. My desires have not changed given all that's transpired. Seeing my vital and beautiful family all together makes this so much harder but I feel I died 5 years ago when I got Lyme disease and lost everything I spent a lifetime building and loving from career to family to joy.

There are many failed attempts with SN here of people who vomited while following the antiemetic regimen. SN is a powerful emetic.

Vomiting doesn't necessarily mean failure, though. Even if you don't drink another glass.
There is also the thread with data on how most people failed due to calling for help/being found and not vomiting.
I would say that is almost a given with SN, so yeah... Probably best not to add it to N.

That's true, but I didn't say "they failed because they vomited". It's not a discussion about failure with SN. It is about SN + N. After oral intake of SN, the vomiting reflex works very quickly. This is a risk that no one actually wants to take, especially in a N shortage. I'm not sure people who want to mix N with something else know what it is.

There's an old toxicology report in a medical journal that has cases of people having died with as little as 2-3g if I'm not mistaken, I'll link it when I'm home. Or if you want to dig for it yourself, it is linked as a source in one of the N survival pubmed articles.

Also on the N from D megathread there was a guy who tested N and it came out the bottle has more like 7.5 grams instead of 6.3 grams for whatever reason? And that should be more than enough. Once when I had a surgery I told the doctors I was once addicted Benzos and they gave me a high dosage of Oxazepam as a sedative prior to anesthesia just to make sure... and I blacked out so hard like never before lol can barely remember what I did when I was still 'awake' in my room. Just saw on my phone I sent someone messages I couldn't remember at all anymore and I even took photos in the bathroom lol so despite my prior GABA addiction, it went very well and I think even if you're addicted to Alcohol or Benzos, one bottle should be enough. But I'm no doctor. Never heard of someone taking a bottle and surviving?
