I just went through cold turkey 12 day 6mg of 20 year kpin and max dose of gabapentin cold turkey.
The most noticeable side effect of all was Time Completely Stops. A 20 minute episode of the office feels like you just finished titanic, twice. It's normal. Losing sense of taste is normal too.
Please be careful going cold turkey on numerous medications as this can lead to psychosis or.. something unpredictable. Please realize some of these meds have very long half-lives and they're still in your system so... don't flush them. In a few days you could feel very different. The time freezing side effect went away when I got my script again and got back on dosage. I have no idea how long that takes to go away. Time stopping when youre in pain and your days feel like weeks, what could possibly be worse? You brought me right back there. Ugh.
