Story Going back into it again...

I did it. After a few years, I finally brought myself to make an appointment to go into therapy. I'm nervous about it, but at the same time, I can't wait. I'll be able to figure myself out, finally. Whether I really am in a maze of chaos and confusion, or my own mind is fucking myself over by overthinking this whole thing. Just dropping the news, just having mixed feelings about it.

I'm glad you found the courage to reach for help. I guess being nervous is perfectly normal as you're going to open up to a stranger IRL. I hope he will give you some insight on yourself.

dont be nervous. ive seen multiple therapist and they have all been very supportive. goos luck and best wishes!
