Honestly, it's act mercy for me. I can't order anything, so yeah. I don't have high enough buildings here. My option for now is buying a scalpel and cutting my arteries (if you have any informations about this method please link it in the comments). And bleeding to death is too risky. I'm alone so no one would notice until my corpse start to smell. Please, please just tell me something that can kill me and is easy to obtain.

Cutting is almost always a bad idea. I was thinking of that too. Sadly the arteries that bleed the most are hard to reach. The radial artery in the forearm is "easy" to cut, but many people survive it, so please don't try that. Cutting is just not a good method.

For one, you are sounding desperate and I speak from experience, that just leads to botched attempts. Try your best to calm yourself, think it through.
Is it due to financials that you can't order stuff? One of the cheapest ways would be hanging I guess.

I agree with Oneeyed. I think hanging (partial or full) is a better way than cutting.

look im not here to suggest methods but whatever you do, dont rush it please. do not commit to it out of impulse or if you arent sure. dont want you to end up worse off.
also dont try cutting. other people have already provided reasons as to why.
