getting sn in europe (not uk)

hi. so i am from europe (not uk) and only have one reliable source to get sn right now: ic. however it is from canada and the sn itself + delivery + my country fees would be quite expensive for me and i am also scared they could take it away from me before delivery (idk). so if someone knows any reliable source in europe please pm me as i have stumbled across some but they don't seem very reliable and as i mentioned before i don't have a lot of money to spend. thanks !!!

I'll give you some sources if you want but, IC was quick and looks very reliable also is very creditable.

Finnish here too, also ordered from IC just recently. Had no problems with delivery, didn't need to give ID to IC, had to declare to customs that what I ordered was SN but everything went well. The package was opened when I received it, but the bags were untouched.
