No, Zofran isn't sufficient on it's own, and it's what most doctors prescribe for nausea. So it is highly unlikely you will get an rx listed on the meds list here:

Metoclopramide (aka Primperan) is the 2nd best one for OD'ing on ANYTHING. The handbook discusses in detail how much you need to take for how long before you OD and the time of the OD (or rather, hour before it). No matter WHAT you are OD'ing on, be it pills, salts, etc. Anything that can make you vomit, you want a dopamine inhibitor.
Now, Zofran can be useful WITH the meds listed in link above, but alone it won't do the trick. Even if you take a whole box of them (trust me). You will still puke your guts out.
But! Ebay has the answer! If you are able to order online, and if ebay ships to your country (it seems to ship to most, plus there are "repackagers" all over where you get your package sent to them then they "repackage" it and send it to you. For a small fee of course). The link is here:

This is plenty to get you through your OD along with any trial runs. It was only $20.99 when I bought it, but I've been posting the link so much the seller has gotten a lot more sales and has raised the price by $3.

It arrives from greece in a brown envelope. If your country requires customs, it just says "vitamins." I had zero problems picking it up from my mailbox in the US (no need to sign or anything). The instructions are, of course, in greek (literally) and the box is covered in braille for some reason. It must be OTC there (over-the-counter). It may be OTC in your country too, don't forget to check!
These are twenty 10mg tablets which is plenty.
