Help Getting Monero help?

I remember in the past I did this but I totally forgot. I downloaded tor today but I know I need to get monero and a wallet and all that Idk my memory is so shot. Can ppl direct me link or something I'll keep researching obviously I saw some old threads but I wonder if that is still up to date since they are old threads
