One of the first safety warnings they give you in a welding course is to never weld galvanized metal without a properly rated respirator.
The high temperatures of the welding process turn the zinc coating into a gas which can be lethal if inhaled in high enough amounts.
Would this be a practical method? If someone dies this way it will look like an accident, right?
