Funeral dress

So partner was taking clothes to charity shop, I'm like you need a black suit and tie for funerals etc.
Then it got me thinking, what will I wear for my own funera?
Its direct cremation but I want to go in my Grogu PJs, my fluffy snoopy hoody and thick bed socks (hate the cold) I won't die in these as no doubt they will be cut off me.

Sadly I don't think I'll have a choice in my own funeral, but if I did, I'm not sure if there's anything special I'd like to wear. I just kinda want to be cremated, scattered in a forest or something, and just forgotten about.

I think you could write in your own will what you wanna wear for your your own funeral / cremation but in the end it won't bother you anymore bc you're not here what's left is only a dead cluster of atoms that will reunite with planet earth.

i'd wanna be cremated in what i died in, and i've left instructions already that there would be no funeral.
Having said that, i wanna die in comfy clothes.
probably a cotton shirt with collar, black slacks and nike cortez sneakers.

I'm not sure you can be cremated in clothes. Most of them is plastic nowadays haha so I don't think you get to wear anything while they do it
