I´d use the hangman´s knot for full suspension cause it doens´t compress your neck that much and the bigger knot is a bit more comfortable from the hanging position. Remeber that partail and full suspension are two different thing. At full suspension your full body weight pulls on your neck... The easier the knot tightens the more your airway will be compressed while you just want to compress your arteries.

Yeah people have been using it since the beginning of time. Can't really go wrong tbh. I mean people have poor set ups with everyday materials in places like prisons. I had the luxury of doing trial and error with different ropes and heights in privacy. At the end of the day we're all taking the bus to the same destination.
