A few months back, I made a promise to myself I would not continue this life into the next year if things did not get better.
With only a few weeks left, things are worse now more than ever. I've already started preparing for the inevitable. Turned in my resignation at work and I've started getting rid of junk. I started making steps to move away from the toxic family I have but everything I've done is unraveling. So, I guess life has decided for me. It wasn't meant to be.
Over the next couple of weeks, I'll continue preparing for my final goodbye and finally find the peace I'm desperate for.
