I'm going to make myself die. will make this fucking heart stop beating. Lack of sleep, drinking a lot of caffeine, smoking a lot of cigarets, taking a lot of pain medications, I will kill this motherfucker. I ordered my sn two weeks ago but I didn't hear or receive any tracking number. So I'm doing it my own way. Beta blockers, Tylenol, caffeine. I'm going to poison my heart until I drop dead and it will look like sn accident from illness. Im at the end if the tunnel, can't go back.

I wish I had sage words for you but I just don't. I guess all u can offer us that I hear you and I feel the same. No comfort in those words I guess but there's no comfort in this life. Just suffering and trying to pretend it's not suffering. But if it matters I hear you.

TBH I find that the human heart can take more than you think. Our body's #1 goal is to not die. Killing yourself isn't easy and it's more of an active act of murder than a passive act of letting yourself die. Just rambling..
