Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

If SI kicks in, what's stopping someone from grabbing the rope above them and untying or loosening the knot? Am I missing something? Thank you :)

There have been reports of grabbing whatever anchor point is tied to and pulling yourself up. Untying might be tough. They'd be tight and have lots of pressure. But in desperation maybe anything is possible.

So many videos of people not trying at all. It's sort of confusing. SI is awful. It definitely can be bypassed though. So much video evidence

Many people underestimate how quickly they can lose consciousness; they're completely unaware that everything can be over in seconds, including their ability to grab the rope.

If you want to be absolutely sure, use handcuffs.

Robert Kennedys ex wife hung herself many years ago. It was noticed her hand was between the rope and her neck as if she was trying to save herself. They say that means she really didn't want to die but I think it just means SI kicks in. She had a severe history of depression. Plus the knot is so tight around your neck and everything happens so fast, I don't think it is possible to undo the knot. FSH is extremely lethal unless the rope or anchor point breaks or someone finds you in less than 30 minutes.

Thank you. Yeah I've heard of anything from 5-25 seconds

topping someone from grabbing the rope above them
Lack of oxygen, as soon as the rope tighten the oxygen flows stop and when that happens you'll just lost control of most motoric function. add a few seconds and the brains completely shut down and you're unconscious, add a few minutes you're dead
