Do you have real friends who really care about being with you?
Never ever? dude that's not cool... never ever? really? No, and I have never had.
no no friends.... I mean I would say I have "friends" if my phone rang, and I got a call from some one.... or a whatsapp message... but no,,,, I dont receive calls, or messages, or nothing from no one...
I had a few temporary acquaintances and street dogs with whom I liked to regularly converse until the former left me and the latter were killed, but, yes, I have never met anyone who, not already being my pet or relative, could be more than an interlocutor.Never ever? dude that's not cool... never ever? really?
That sounds terrible :( I only see my clients mainly but have a couple friends they just have their own lives or they don't live close. Lately I start going to drug addiction meetings so that helps isolation a bit.No, I don't hear from anyone, see anyone, or speak to anyone.
yeah, that helped for more than a couple years... 4 actually, pretty cool, until I realized I had different issues from other members...That sounds terrible :( I only see my clients mainly but have a couple friends they just have their own lives or they don't live close. I understand you, with me it was always like this too, no one liked to have my company for groups, and until today it is like this, it seems that nobody really likes us, we were born to be excluded and probably left out.I've never had any friends and still don't.
I remember back in school was a toture when the teacher asked "this next homework has to be done in groups of 4 people". Every single time they said it, I ended up alone, either doing a 4 people job or joining a group where no one would talk to me. This is also happening in college, lol.
I think this one of the main reasons why I'm going to ctb.
Yeah, nobody knows you when you're down and out. My younger brother comes over sometimes, last time was a few weeks ago to borrow money, not heard from him since. That sounds terrible :( I only see my clients mainly but have a couple friends they just have their own lives or they don't live close. Is there any way u can go to a support group thing? Out where u live? I was amazed how much the drug addiction meetings helping to alleviate isolation.Yeah, nobody knows you when you're down and out. I know that might help, I was scheduled for group therapy a while ago but pulled out, I've no motivation to do anything tbh.Is there any way u can go to a support group thing? Out where u live? I was amazed how much the drug addiction meetings helping to alleviate isolation.
I like the drug addiction meetings because u literally get all walks of life. It's very non judgemental. The people in there can be hilarious lol! I actually like going. It's kind of awkward at first but it helps u potentially make friends and find support. Maybe not right away but eventually u start meeting people. I met a middle age guy who looked well dressed and successful but has had hiv for the last 25 years. I was like wow! He looked like he was in top shape. He told me he had also been sexually abused as a kid and ended up with confusion about wether he was gay or not. We chatted after the meeting.I know that might help, I was scheduled for group therapy a while ago but pulled out, I've no motivation to do anything tbh.
