Frequent dreams about ctb

Does anybody also have recurring Dreams about suicide?
Like I dreamt about it almost every night for the past few weeks. I have dreams about hanging myself, shooting, taking sn or heroin/fentanyl , drowning but mostly jumping from buildings and windows.
I find this strange, because I have a preferred method which is not jumping.

I also dream often that I have some strange disease (maybe it is a hint at my depression and other mental health problems?) and I ctb to stop it from spreading to others.
Or I sometimes ctb to flee from something thats hunting me.

All of the time. I wake up to wish that my dreams were a reality, but sadly they're never real and I have to wake up once again and try my absolute best to take on this lonely depressing cold world.

I personally don't really remember when I ever had a dream. I only wish to die a natural death while being asleep because this would be the best and most painless option for everyone to leave this world.
