Honestly it felt amazing. Quickly my extremities were tingling. Just felt like I was going to sleep but from the outer parts inward. Lol not sure if that makes sense. 5/5

I wonder how to properly connect the Nitrogen cylinder to the diving equipment - I tried looking at some of the canisters and some of the various types of diving snorkels, but they seem to have a different way of connecting - is it just my impression? or are there adapters? A makeshift solution could prove disastrous I guess.

@mandyjohnuk Hi. Have you actually done practice runs yourself? Or is what you're saying just from info you've seemed to gather?
I have my nitrogen set up complete. However when I first heard of this I did practice runs with helium since we should all be aware now that it's diluted with oxygen. If only that were true lol. I still see people asking about He. Anyhow I definitely went under by my 3rd try. I didn't Hyperventilate prior as I wasn't aware of the technique yet. The bag was only held in place by my fingers not secured. Totally painless, didn't realize I went under until I woke up with a very giddy feeling.

Question: I too have just now have my N2 setup with scba mask and just did 2 trials. Not pleasant as yours. I was not nervous, yet heart rate raced rapidly and started to sweat profusely causing panic. No suffocation feeling with not being able to breath, but did not pass out, just felt physically ill. Even after I got fresh air a headache lingered for a day. (they said N2 was very high purity? ...I'm looking into a purity tester to see for myself). I'm hoping that can be remedied as I'm not looking to another trial if that is going to be my experience again.
