Help First time poster - tapentadol

as the title states - first time poster and I'm desperate so I'm keeping this rather short. I recently had a surgery and was given some tapentadol. Honestly, it wasn't much of a strong painkiller but more so allowed me to sleep for the first few nights (after around 45 minutes i would feel really lightheaded and end up falling asleep). I have maybe 14 left, and I was wondering if they could do anything serious. I'm not exactly set on CTB right now as I have some things to sort out, but this is one of my first 'strong' prescriptions and I haven't heard much of it before. It is the 50mg Palexia, if that helps. Thank you in advance

I don't know about the medication, but there are a list of things you can do to check. First, check the dosages altogether when you calculate, and it should be at 700mg together, check the fatality, check if it isn't OTC, try another few lethal doses of meds you can come across, here is a link from a post I made once, and in all, it could work, but you also may look into the factors of if it has enough toxicity in it.

Medication ODs very rarely work and are more likely to get you a grippy sock vacation and some lovely organ damage. Unfortunately, even the heavy prescription stuff is made so that people can ingest quite a lot with very little consequence. This is not a recommended method.

It really depends what your OD-ing. Certain things undoubtedly will.

Yes, I do understand this and mostly from past attempts I have had some issues with digestion and my liver. However I was wondering if mixing these with say caffeine or alcohol would increase the likelihood. I have tried something very similar to the night night method and partial hanging, but honestly the SI is too much and I still live with some family so I didn't want an overly traumatic death scene, should anyone find me. If you have any other advice or knowledge on substances (preferably not SN as it's very hard to get here even with the popular source), please let me know!

I was thinking about this method, I have 40 tablets 50mg. I found several articles about this method , but it works with intravenous injection, its possible to do it with crushed tablets, I really think about this way.

tapentadol is really dangerous in case of overdose when administered intravenously, I did not find accurate information about the dose administered in the indicated cases, but I very much doubt that anyone could administer a dose of more than 1000 milligrams intravenously with a syringe, because if you dilute 20 tablets in saline solution, this is already a huge syringe.

I see a lot of Tapentadol in tablet form on the DW but never in IV. Is it not dangerous in oral form? It is 2000mg in crushed tablets.

They didn't provide the information about the dosage, but as I understand intravenous injection works, i found another case with intravenous administration.
