  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Yesterday I finally went back to the gym for first time in weeks because of my back injury. Now I am doing a leg day soon but I have to go light and I will do a mile run because incase I pass MEPS for the USMC but I might not pass because of self harm scars that are impossible to lie about, especially because I shave my legs.

Good luck! Agree with going light after a few weeks out, especially on exercises where your back is involved. Worst thing you could do is re-injure it.

Can you wear something covering your legs for the test? Out of sight, out of mind for them maybe?

No, they literally strip me naked so all I basically do is pray that they let it slide considering I last self harmed 5 years ago.

Gym is always good and therapeutic, I hope they let the scars slide.

I have been going to the gym for last 2 years. Usually twice per week. But I think I take break during summer (now)
This gym place in my city is meant for mental health patients (like me) It is free and it contains sauna, indoor swimming room (nice way to relax after training)

Wow that sounds great. Never heard of free gym for mental health patients before. Especially with so many options.

Our country and especially our city really cares about mental health. We have given lots of activities for free. (such as bowling)
