My stomach is notoriously slow to digest so I've kinda known that I'd need to fast longer than 8-ish hours when I decide to CTB so I did a practice round LOL I managed to make it 68.5 hours on water and diet soda. Wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it'd be. I know it's overkill but at least now I know I can do 24-48 hours easily if I need to.
