Hi, thanks for having me. I have been wanting to ctb for 20+ years but only recently the walls are closing in fast and I finally find the right search terms on the internet to finally find you all. The anhedonia is so extreme...I don't remember the last time I felt joy, and now it gets worse here every day. Srsly wtf

I am actually excited about something -- getting to interact with some of you whose posts I have been reading. I completely get how you feel but you are actually some very sweet people.

I am interested in SN, but because I can't source anything :/ charcoal seems like it is The Way. I could use help with either method -- I respectfully ask, please, PLEASE, if you are pessimistic or a naysayer about charcoal please don't reply to me about it, the last thing I need is more discouragement. Anyway, I was alive for the beginning of the internet and now 30 years later or something it finally seems like it may be useful, thanks again for having me.

I have seen burning charcoal to produce carbon monoxide used to great effect, done quickly, quietly and effectively. He looked so at peace and almost smiling.
It was a method I considered but I am going to hang, less fuss and preparation, the equipment is in place, just waiting for the day.

When u burn charcoal it produces alot of fumes at first. Thats no carbon monoxide. When the smoke has slimer down thats what u want. It takes 3hrs or more for tyat to happen.

I'm sorry that things are so hopeless. I know that it can be awful when things just get worse. I hope you find relief from your suffering in whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best.
