Sounds like you're misinterpreting a lot. They stare at me when I ask "tienes halatal" and they firmly say something like "no no no". Or they tell me to come back at a different time (which honestly means they're trying to shoo me away, since I come back and there's still nothing). I've been bouncing between Cusco and Lima trying different streets, and now I'm in Tarapoto as a final gambit.
I came to this site interested in SN, and got the information I needed and successfully bought it, and helped others find the right source. I then learned more about N and H and decided it would be a much more peaceful exit if I could get some, so now I've dedicated my time and basically the rest of whatever little money I have left trying to find it in Peru. I'm not sure why you'd be so hamstrung about everything. It does seem like for some reason you are tracking my post history, which is a little weird and offputting, but it should be evident from it that I'm practically mapping out my location as I travel through Peru, and I turn to this site to see if I can get more advice or information since I am struggling in these cities I am visiting.
Just enough to ask for the medicine I am looking for. You can get away with a lot from just Google translate, but usually I can tell by their mannerisms if they are trying to shoo me away.
Lot of them aren't carrying it anymore unfortunately, or at least don't have a good or ready stock available.
Either they bluntly say no, or they tell me to come back for a restock. When I come back, they still don't have the stock, but honestly I think they're just driving me away. Basically rinse and repeat every store/every week.
Seems like things have changed a lot. I've tried Cusco and Lima as per the pph, but those were empty basically from what I found.
