What amount of SN that is dissolvable in DMSO is irrelevant, as there is no good reason to use it instead of water. The recommended dose in the PPH is 15g dissolved in 50-100 ml water (per oct version of pph). Since I haven't seen anyone else contradict this, I'm going to assume that this hasn't changed in recent iterations.Omg dont get confused this is second grade math....
If 20g dissolves in 100ml of water, and you want to add 10 more grams of SN. 10 is half of 20 right? So for 10grams you would only need 50ml of water...SO if you have 20g and 100ml and you add 10 grams to bring it to a total of 30G you should add 50ml of water and bring the total of water to 150ml... I JUST MADE THAT SOUND DIFFICULT TO FK WITH YOU BUT ITS....
30g of SN = 150ml of water...
HOWEVER im going to say this again, the PPH states the recommended dosage at 20g and the antiemetic regimen and the acid regulators are meant to be designed for a 20g dose!!!
I dont know how the antiemetic and the acid regulators will react to having 30g of SN in your stomach!!
You might be ok and CTB or you might puke it all out. Why do you need 30g SN anyways?
