So I just wanted to vent.
Like I was hearing voices back in 2022. Like they actually broke into my mind when I was in prison. But I had this person kinda do the same shit 14 years ago...so it would have been 2010.
Anyway it didn't get bad till 2022/prison and they had left for a while...but now there back.
Right now I'm just listening to some like progressive electronica by this guy called jaytech. He's pretty chill honestly...I had a fan on but I could still hear the screaming through that and then I put on white noise. But the white noise wasn't really working either so now I'm going with music.
It's good I can't really hear them right now
. Just trying to fight back somehow. Life is bad enough as it is...I don't want any crazy voices tormenting me non-stop. That's the thing though... it's like 24/7 torment. The shits horrible.
Like what the hell...I don't know if I'm tripping or like I need to go see someone in mental health or something...but I know I'm TP so it probably has something to do with it.

Edit. Jaytech set just ended and now I'm listening to downy. Downy goes hard as fuck. It's like they made this shit for this purpose.
