I was injected with 75 mcg fentanyl citrate...still here. Sorry my friend. I am also opiate naive.You need 2-3 mg to OD, for up to 150lb. 50mcg/ml means bout 60ml needed given all at once to equal 3mg. But needs to be given all at once, so you'd pass out before you could finish pushing it all. Would need someone to push it all for you or a syringe pump.
Where are you ordering the 50mcg/ml fentanyl may I ask please? Would love to be able to order this for reliable dosing than try risking buying off junkies where I live
