I am considering using Fentayl to end my life. What is the best way to obtain it here in the USA? Do I need to use the dark web or can I order from a online pharmacy? I am not familiar with the dark web.

As far as I know, there are no reliable Clearnet dealers out there and a lot of scams.
Your best bet is the DNM. The vendors on most markets are rated and have stats on sales, etc, as well as customer reviews.
Choose a vendor with a record of high sales and trust level.
Most of the vendors selling F and it's various analogues are in North America.

The dark net isn't really complicated at all. You just need to download a TOR browser and off you go.
The most complicated part for me was figuring out the whole bitcoin thing, but I got it done and my F was safely delivered yesterday.

I've got as far as loading TOR on my computer. Haven't ventured to DNM yet, but will do so soon. But yes, it's not hard when you read up on it. Still not sure whether or not I need a virtual private network to access TOR from - as I have read conflicting opinions on this front.

I didn't bother with any of that... just TOR.
It's not like I'm on there ordering huge shipments for resale or anything... just a one time gig and I chose a domestic vendor to avoid customs, etc.

You can always try and find a drug dealer in your city. That's how I usually find mine; can't be bothered with the darknet and the whole process w/ bitcoins, etc. And through personal experience, OD'ing on fentanyl isn't painful at all. Although it'd differ from one person to another, and the tolerance ofc (about how to OD not on it, I mean).

The only drug that is more reliable is Carfent.

Of course. But these weren't on purpose, it was accidental. Although.. I definitely wouldn't have minded not being found in time for all the times I've OD'd and brought back to life.

Basically alcohol and/or benzo = assured death. Although just fentanyl by itself is pretty potent in itself as well.

I guess so with the alcohol if you happen to drink a fair amount of it, but it's primarily because adding more depressants into your system raises the risk of overdose. I'm not sure what the original person meant by saying it's 'iffy', since OD'ing from fentanyl/heroin is quite peaceful and you feel no pain; from personal experience and witnessing some of my buddies.

That'sa bloody awful way to go, if that's what happens. I've aspirated before a number of times. Not good.

Same for me. I checked maybe 4 markets and only one had it listed under full name of F.
