Method Fentanyl

I'm sure Fentanyl alone is enough to do the job. But how much of it? How many mgs? How many patches (if those are even a viable way)? And would Diphenhydramine taken ahead of time be enough to stop a person from throwing up? Should you take anything else with it? Fent seems easier to get in this day and age than some of the other "peaceful poisons" mentioned on here (I'm in the US).

To answer your questions instead of just linking the megathread and walking away, fentanyl is extremely potent and only needs 3-5mg for an opioid-naive person with little to no predisposed resistance to the substance to die from it. Patches tend to be dosed in the microgram (not milligram) range and you would need a lot of them to achieve death, but it's not an entirely unworkable method of going through with it. The megathread itself recommends opioids are either boofed or injected. You could take it orally, but it'd be less available in your system and could take more to achieve death.

It doesn't take much but finding it anywhere close to pure is damn near impossible. I have bought fentanyl off the darknet a few times and it is always weak af. Vendors don't want to kill their customers. They want repeat business.

This would be my preferred method. I was a heroin addict 15 years ago before fent hit the streets. I was so close to ODing several times. You just push the plunger and its lights out. Then I'd wake up 2 hours later.

You just have to do enough. And with fent, if you have no tolerance, it's not much at all.

10 mg of pure fent would absolutely kill you. It'd kill many people many times over. Pure fent is measured in micro grams.

I'm not sure. The standard dose for someone showing up in the hospital with a broken arm or something is like 150 micrograms. And they would continue giving that every hour or two. So I'm not sure if 400 micrograms will do it. You'd have to do it all in one go. And it sounds like you're not very experienced with the nasal spray so you may not get all of it absorbed. I'd say it's possible. But also maybe not.
