Help Fentanyl Question

It is said that Fentanyl dosage as low as 2mg can be fatal. This obviously could be an outlier. Lets assume 20mg to be the definitive fatal dosage, My question is, there are so many Fent addicts out there who continue to live many years despite Fent addiction. Don't they ingest even 20mg of Fent everytime they consume ? Is the Fentanyl pill or powder sold in such a diluted form ?

Most people don't buy just fentanyl. Usually people are buying a drug like heroin and then it is cut with fentanyl -- to make the product seem stronger.

How much fentanyl a drug is cut with definitely varies.

There tolerance is just so high that they can take 5x lethal dose for us but not die

Just don't, there are way too many variables in fent, from purity, to how much you have unknowingly taken and have a tolerance for, how you body will react to the other drugs, etc. Only try if you know a shit ton about chemistry, not even I could do it.
