Fent I believe has been banned in most of the dark markets... But there is China White, which I believe is either cut fent or a weaker variant of fent. To give you some perspective, 1G of pure fent was $800 to $1000. I don't think you can get pure fent anymore on reputable dark markets, and so you'll likely see far lower prices for 1 gram. Lethality is typically said to be only 2 mg of pure. So 1 gram would be an insane overkill.

It's not illegal to go to the dark markets and browse. I think most people are using Empire Market still. It may be difficult getting in, since there are multiple addresses you have to try, because they're all getting DDOS. You have to find one that can load in an acceptable amount of time, if at all. You just need the Tor browser.
